The professional staff of The Clare Estate will collaborate with other members of the health care field in order to provide quality care and education to help each resident reach his or her highest potential. The Clare Estate plans and provides for resident education to promote and maintain health and foster self-care. It is the responsibility of each staff member to be aware of this philosophy and to contribute to its implementation.

In order to fulfill the requirements of client/resident care, we believe that all personnel must be motivated to new ideas, participate actively in professional activities and provide for their continued personal and professional growth.  The Clare Estate will educate the staff in order to keep pace with ever changing health care trends.  Employees are encouraged to network with others in the health care profession, both within the Facility and out in the community.
