The New Year is a perfect time to set new goals to live healthier lives. Unfortunately, when the holiday spirit wears off, it is easy for many people to fall back into their old habits and their resolutions get put off for another year. Unused gym memberships and other reminders of failed resolutions can be especially discouraging. However, by having realistic expectations and measurable progress, people can succeed at keeping their New Year's resolutions!
